Always a great experience

We called a few hours before they closed and asked them to stay open late for a big group we had coming in from the Vintage Derby. We asked if they would stay open later for us and they were excited to do so. They sat and served 45 of us after hours and extremely efficiently. Food and service was amazing.

We were having sooo much fun. Great fish fry too.

Wife and I had dinner there. Service was good. Taylor was very attentive and took great care of us. Some of the items on the menu were not updated to what came out. Good food, good service. Nothing exceptional, but a good meal all in all. Thanks

There is a reason they are busy... A Variety of Great Food, Reasonable Drinks. Bob and Barb and their Friendly Staff do everything they can to make you HAPPY 😊

The buffalo fish fry is amazing!! There homemade clam chowder soup is definitely a must try. I loved my 12 Pines Green salad with homemade Dijon vinergarett dressing, yum!!

Service was poor( too many folks standing around doing little), no fresh basil for margarita pizza & learned when I questioned lack of basil when pizza arrived. Good dough, though.

Hannah is bubbly and really pleasant. We plan to come back just because of how awesome she was during our visit. We are only here for a week each year, but we have never had a bad experience here. We love Hannah!!!!!!

Excellent service, drinks, and food!

I realize it's our son cooking, but, I had to comment on our Valentine meal. Four of us had the beef tenderloin with brandy sauce and the other two had grilled shrimp over homemade parpadelle pasta in a creamy saffron sauce. Incredible. It's only been 24 hours and I can't stop thinking of that food! If you get a chance to try Ryan's specials, it will be worth your time and money.

Food and service is great!

This is a must stop for the boys and I during the pond hockey tournament each year. It's always great to see and share our epic war stories with Bob from each other's action on the ice that day. The food is delicious. Appropriate range on the beer selection. Good customer service. To cap it off, its a must to head on over to the bar for a fun atmosphere after the team is done grazing.

Fantastic pizza and prime rib. Immediate seating but a little bit slow. Understandable since they were busy on Saturday night.

We have been getting pizza from Twelve Pines for the last 8 years. Everytime we come up to Eagle River, we do. However, the last few times we have been disappointed. This time was the worse. We ordered 3 large pizzas. The picture below shows 1/2 of one of them. As you can see, most of that 1/2 of the pizza at no toppings, not even cheese! I will say the flavor and crust were good. But for that amount of money, you would think I would get toppings on the entire pizza! Need some quality control, even when you are busy. We will think twice before we order from them again.

Friday fish fry is great!!! Several menu items are diner quality. The majority of the staff is friendly.

Everything was great. I had the chicken which was served hot and delicious. The rest of the group had a fish fry. Everyone said their fish was great. Nice atmosphere. I'll be back!

As usual very good food & most visits, reasonable time to table seating. Excellent broasted chicken.

Great Mexican food.

Super busy because of 4th and they went above and beyond to serve us outside. Food was awesome. Prices are great. Played sand Volleyball while waiting and they were super-attentive during the busy rush. 5 stars!!!

We went for the prime rib and were not impressed. After we ordered it took at least 45 minutes before we got our food. We sat just after 5 and the restaurant was pretty empty. There seemed to be plenty of wait staff but the kitchen was clearly lacking. Our waitress did not check on us during our wait until just before the food arrived. There was no apology for the wait. The flavor of the prime rib was very bland and there was a lot of fat. The 2 running the host stand took turns drinking at the bar... thinking they were the owners but it was noticable and unprofessional. Bring cash unless you want to pay a 2% fee to use your credit card. The broasted chicken did look good.

We had a great waitress and the food was amazing like always! Good fish fry!

Even with only one waitress on a Sunday night service was good as was the food. The pizza seems to be their specialty with a hand made crust.

Ordered two take-and-bake pizzas and this is what we got for one of them. They didn’t get the ingredients right and we’re missing a third of our pizza. Arrived and they were like a deer in headlights - no idea we had ordered despite placing the order 20 prior with a person on the phone. Would not recommend. No excuse, it wasn’t even busy. Worst part? $36 for two pizzas. Lesson learned.Edit - checked the receipt, $39. Unbelievable. Keep in mind these are supposedly 12” pizzas.

Food & Service were phenomenal!!! Pub burger, chicken, bacon ranch sandwich, and chicken parmesan were all perfectly cooked and delicious!!! Great local spot!!!

We shared a pizza and it was great. We always enjoy the food here when we are in the area.

Great place, good food, tough to get into in peak tourist season. That should tell you something, all the good places in Eagle River are.

Great food, poor service. We were left without service most of our time here. Drinks ran out and we were left dry half of our stay. The waitress was apologetic and nice but that doesn't change the fact that people who arrived 20 minutes after us had their main dish before I received my salad and had eaten and left before we received the same menu item ordered before theirs. When we got it the food was well prepared and tasty. They appeared to be well staffed but our experience was not great due to the service issues.

Great dinner! 12 taps offered great beer selection. Nice menu. Fish was delish. Potato pancakes were a nice starch choice. Generous portions. We really loved the lobster dip appetizer. That alone would've been great with a beer.
